Corporate Sponsorship

As a private, nonprofit institution, corporate partnerships fund an essential component of the Mount Washington Observatory’s (MWOBS) operating costs. We proudly align with respected brands to achieve shared strategic, marketing, and financial goals.

As permanent residents since 1932, the Observatory has emerged as the voice of Mount Washington—one of the Northeast’s most cherished natural resources and popular adventure destinations. In addition to our work in climate research and science education, the Observatory provides an intimate connection to the mountain for millions of people.

Mount Washington Observatory Donors

Hailing from all over the world, but heavily focused in the Northeast United States, more than 5,000 people show their support for MWOBS through direct financial gifts. All ages and backgrounds are represented, but the vast majority of Mount Washington Observatory supporters have philanthropic ambitions and a deep affinity for outdoor adventure in the White Mountains. Seeking value and lasting quality, they demonstrate strong support of Observatory partner brands.
