As Roger mentioned yesterday, we had our first EduTrip of the season up with us through this afternoon. The participants were treated to some fog-free weather late last night, and then a very nice sunrise this morning. I was especially glad that it cleared out for a time last night, considering the top of this particular trip was astronomy.
The fog-free conditions continued through out today, but as is always the case, the fog will be returning very soon. Also, after a nice return to the sort of wintry conditions we expect this time of year, temperatures are going to climb to above seasonable levels, and above freezing, for most of the next couple of days. To make matters worse, rain will fall at times over the next few days as well. Looking forward toward the end of this week, cold air will return, and we may even have a chance at seeing our first below zero reading of the year. Of course, things can and most certainly will change between now and then, so we’ll just have to wait and see!
