A Sneak Peek at #SeekthePeak25’s Après Hike Expo
By MWOBS Staff
Whether you’re hiking with us this summer for our 25th Anniversary Seek the Peak or just want to celebrate with us, we’re less than two weeks away from our largest annual gathering at Great Glen Trails! The 2025 Seek the Peak Après Hike Expo is going to be big this year, with 475 hikers already participating in the event. If you’re foregoing the fundraising hike but want to join us at the Expo, you can buy Expo tickets here ($15 per car in advance, $20 at the door). Below, we highlight just a few of the awesome activations happening from 4 to 7 pm on Saturday, July 19.
Music & Entertainment
The Expo will include live music by local band Food for Bears, a semi-acoustic duo out of Conway, NH. A little folk, a little rock, a little singer-songwriter, Haley and Kyle reimagine everything from Fleetwood Mac to Foo Fighters, Maroon Five to Noah Kahan, and The Darkness to Brandi Carlile. When they aren’t grooving, you’ll find Haley and Kyle in the Valley playing with their dog, and the band’s namesake, Koda-bear. Learn more about them via their Facebook page here.
In addition to music, we will once again be joined by the amazing Roy Prescott of WMWV, who will emcee the event and also include a live broadcast.

Food & Brews
We are excited to have Chef Joe’s Catering with us this year, offering a BBQ feast with chicken, pork, and vegan options. There will also be complimentary hiker snacks available thanks to our partners DripDrop Hydration, Grillo’s Pickles, Righteous Vices Coffee Roasters, and Big Dave’s Bagels. PLUS, we’ll have two trucks with treats in tow— Trail’s End Ice Cream and Boba Beach Bubble Tea, courtesy of our partners at Settler’s Green North Conway.

Brand Booths & Activations
In addition to NH-based brands, we’ll have many of our national brand partners sharing fun and engaging activations, like Arc’teryx Boston‘s ReBIRD crew, Oboz Footwear’s shoe gurus, and 10+ more!

Be sure to stop by Thrive Adventures’ booth too, a Manchester, NH-based adventure company specializing in International Tour Operations and Adventure Travel consulting. They will be raffling a Self Guided Itinerary Development Package (valued at $600) at their table!
Kid-Friendly Fun
Scouting America New Hampshire will be joining us with an engaging, experiential, and inflatable kids zone featuring target practice, archery, and fishing with their scout leaders. Believe in Books’ Bookmobile will also be back this year, as well as White Mountain Science (WMSI) and their super-fun STEM activities for learners of all ages. The MWOBS Education table will also be set up for young learners, and we’ll also have the popular Extreme Mount Washington Gear Race for those wanting some friendly and fun competition. Thanks to our friends at Party Vision, we will also have a climbing wall!
