Yet another busy week on the summit. Just when I think things might slow down, life speeds up. While this may be the last weekend before some kids go back to school marking the end of one “season”, our next “season” is soon approaching. As the days begin to cool and the nights become longer, the trees will start to change color. Soon it will be leaf peeper season in the valleys below which will bring the next wave of visitors to the summit.
