New power cables are going to be run to the various summit buildings starting Tuesday afternoon. This will entail a complete power shutdown of the Sherman Admas building for several hours. During this process the observatory will be on battery backup power and only essential equipment will be left running. This will result in some loss of live weather information, web cam images and the like to the website. Thanks for your patience while this essential maintenance work is performed.
